Bajaj’s 250cc premium bike with 44 kmpl mileage created a stir

Pulsar N250: Bajaj Auto has launched its premium bike Pulsar N250 in the Indian two wheeler market. This bike has been specially designed keeping the youth in mind, which comes with a combination of powerful engine and great performance with tremendous mileage. With 250cc engine and attractive design, this bike is making a strong claim in its segment.

Bajaj has designed this bike in a very stylish and aggressive design, in which you feel more premium than before and the projector LED headlamp and DRLs in the front make its look even more premium. LED tail lights and turn indicators are provided at the back. Muscular fuel tank and sporty graphics give it a modern look. Apart from this, alloy wheels and comfortable seating position make it suitable for long rides.

The Bajaj bike has a digital instrument cluster from which you can get all the necessary information like speedometer, trip meter, odometer and gear position indicator. Along with this, modern features like smart connectivity features, call and SMS alerts, pass switch, low fuel indicator and digital tachometer have been provided. These features also make this bike strong in terms of technology.

Suspension and Braking System

Keeping in mind safety and Indian roads, the company has provided telescopic forks in the front and monoshock suspension in the rear. For braking, it has disc brakes on both the front and rear wheels which are equipped with dual channel ABS. This feature makes the bike safe and stable even at high speed.

Engine and Performance

Bajaj has given a 249.07cc single cylinder, oil cooled, fuel injection engine in this bike. This engine generates 24.5 PS of power at 8750 rpm and 21.5 Nm of torque at 6500 rpm. Not only this, it has a 5 speed gearbox with which it offers very smooth performance. Not only this, according to the company, this bike easily offers a mileage of 44 kilometers per liter.

Price and finance options

Talking about the price, the starting price of Pulsar N250 bike in the Indian market is around ₹ 1.50 lakh (ex-showroom). If you are also thinking of buying it with the help of finance, then you can bring it home with a down payment of only ₹ 20,000. A 3-year EMI scheme is available on it from banks and NBFCs, in which a monthly installment of about ₹ 5200 will have to be paid.
